The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve purchased your specially marked Hahn carton and scanned your QR code but the website isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

 

What are you doing with my data?

We collect it so we can stay in touch with you after the promotion with any news or offers. You can opt-out at any time though.

 

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the Promotion, the entrant completes the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  1. purchase a specially marked carton of either a Hahn SuperDry (330ml x 24 bottles), Hahn SuperDry (375ml x 30 cans) or Hahn SuperDry 3.5 (375ml x 30 cans) (“Promotional Carton”), to share, from any participating Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, Thirsty Camel or IGA Liquor store within Australia or any Porters Liquor store within NSW displaying advertising for this Promotion ("Participating Venues"); and
  2. visit the promotional website (by scanning the QR code found inside Promotional Carton), follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details as requested, select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter. 

     

Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is the original receipt for the qualifying purchase.

Where do I find my unique code?

Within the promotional carton.

 

How many times can I enter the promotion?

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following: 

  1. limit one (1) entry permitted per Promotional Carton purchase;
  2. limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day; 
  3. maximum of five (5) entries permitted per person throughout the Promotional Period;
  4. only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted;
  5. the same unique code cannot be used more than once;
  6. unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid; and each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above. 

 

How do I find out if I’m a winner?

The Instant Prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission.

The Major Prize winner will be contacted by email and phone within seven (7) days of the draw. The Major Prize winner will be published at hahnpromo.com.au/winarav4 by 22/01/24.

 

How do I receive my prize?

The Major Draw Prize must be claimed by 22/03/24 at 12:00 pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed Major Prize, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 25/03/24 at 12:00 pm AEDT at Pilgrim Communications, 51A/23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia. The winner of the redraw will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the redraw. The Draw Prize winner will be notified publicly (and their details published) at hahnpromo.com.au/winarav4 by 01/04/24.

If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at hahnpromo.com.au/winarav4.

Are there any special conditions to my prize?

Toyota RAV4 GXL 2WD 2.5L Hybrid Prize Conditions: 

  • There may be a 24 or more months wait on the receipt of the vehicle from the date the vehicle is ordered. If prior to placing the order it is known that the wait time for receipt of the vehicle may be 6 or more months. 
  • Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.  
  • The colour of the vehicle is white and includes the following accessories: Toyota Genuine Roof Racks, Tow Bar, Ball & Trailer Wiring Harness, Nudge Bar, all weather rubber floor mats, all weather cargo mat. 
  • The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Toyota dealership. 
  • If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion. 

 

Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard Prize Conditions: 

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in their digital wallet.
